Disputes and Chargebacks

To raise a dispute directly with us, please email info@3daxiom.com with the subject line “Payment Dispute — Order #[your order number]”. Please include your order number, the amount in question, and a description of the issue.
We aim to respond to all payment disputes within 3–5 business days and will work with you to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.
Please note: initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and result in the suspension of your account. We reserve the right to provide our payment processor and the relevant card network with transaction evidence in the event of a chargeback claim.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase on 3DAxiom, you agree to contact our support team at info@3daxiom.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your card issuer. Most issues — failed downloads, billing errors, duplicate charges — can be resolved within 24-48 hours through our support channel.
PROMPTIX LTD reserves the right to challenge invalid chargebacks with the following evidence: order confirmation timestamp, IP address used at checkout, download logs proving access to the digital file, and email correspondence. Repeat or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, banning, and reporting to acquirer fraud-prevention databases.

Prices and Currencies
All prices on 3DAxiom are displayed in EUR (the default settlement currency) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Where a currency switcher is available on the storefront, alternative currencies are shown as a convenience for customers; the actual transaction is processed in EUR and your card issuer may apply currency-conversion fees on your statement.
Prices may be updated without notice. The price displayed at the moment you confirm checkout is binding for that order; we do not retroactively price-match earlier or later quotes. Promotional discounts and coupons are applied only when entered before final order submission.
Where applicable, indirect taxes (VAT in the United Kingdom and European Union, sales tax in jurisdictions where we are registered) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address. Tax-inclusive vs tax-exclusive display is governed by your billing country.
